Background
Frank Domizio is the founder of Albondigas Security LLC, a boutique cybersecurity and technology advisory firm providing executive leadership, strategic guidance, and fractional CISO services to organizations navigating complex cybersecurity and technology challenges.
Frank previously served as Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where he helped lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and security operations. His responsibilities included leading multidisciplinary teams and helping protect systems and information supporting critical federal healthcare programs.
In the private sector, Frank served as Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of IT Infrastructure, Support, and Security for a complex organization operating at the intersection of healthcare, food manufacturing, and logistics. His responsibilities spanned enterprise cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, technology operations, and support services. His experience includes managing significant cybersecurity incidents, leading enterprise technology modernization, strengthening organizational resilience, and aligning cybersecurity investments with business objectives.
Earlier in his career, Frank served in law enforcement and developed extensive experience in criminal investigations and digital forensics, including work with the FBI's Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (RCFL) program. This investigative foundation gives him a perspective that combines technical expertise, operational experience, and executive judgment. Frank holds a Master of Science in Cyber and Information Security and maintains the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential. His approach combines practical experience, sound business judgment, and an understanding of how cybersecurity decisions affect the broader organization.
